Paleo Banana Bread

Lately I have developed an addiction to banana bread. I have never been one for baking, nor have I ever had too much of a sweet tooth, but honestly, who can resist banana bread?

This recipe is super simple #paleo#dairyfree and delicious, of course.

All you need is:
~3 ripe bananas mashed
~3 eggs
~1 cup cassava flour
~1/2 cup of avocado oil
~3/4 cup coconut sugar
~1tsp vanilla essence
~1/2tsp cinnamon
~1/2tsp nutmeg
~1/2tsp baking soda
~1/2tsp salt
I mixed everything together in my #thermomix and poured into a baking dish lined with parchment paper
Bake for about 45-50 minutes on 180 in the oven

Let it cool and enjoy.
